Schaumburg Auto Care

I was in search of a place that would be able to fix the issues that came up that prevented my car from passing the emissions test and I was fortunate enough to come across Schaumburg autocare. Jose the owner immediately told me the issue by looking at the form that I was given and most importantly, when he gave me the price, it was $600 less then the auto center that the emissions test personnel recommended. I decided right then and there to leave my car. By early the next day, my car was ready. He even took it to the emissions test center. Jose showed me about three other issues that my car had (which i was already aware) and he gave me a quote, on how much it would be to have it fix and it was beyond reasonable. When it comes to mechanics, I think many of us are very cautious but here you are given full transparency and incredible prices. I am happy to say that I have found my forever mechanic.

I highly recommend Schaumburg Auto Care. I had to find a new mechanic because my old one retired. I was so nervous about finding an honest affordable shop but I trusted the reviews and I'm so glad I did! They got me in same day. Communication was good. My car is fixed and they gave me a 2 year warranty. The best part was the price and I felt that I could trust them. They never tried to talk me into anything else. They fixed the problem I brought the car in for at a good price and that was that. I'll definitely use them going forward.

I can’t say enough great things about Schaumburg Auto Care! My car’s air conditioning was blowing warm air during 90-degree weather, and Jose got me in quickly and had it fixed the same day. The price to recharge my A/C was incredibly reasonable, and the service exceeded all of my expectations. Jose is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely kind. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but Schaumburg Auto Care has definitely earned my business. I will absolutely recommend Schaumburg Auto Care to everyone I know. If you’re looking for quality work, fair prices, and outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. A+++++ service! Thank you, Jose!

I’ve had really good experiences with this shop. The owner Jose is very easy to work with, communicates clearly throughout the process, and genuinely seems to have my best interests in mind instead of just trying to sell unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop that feels trustworthy and treats people well, and this place definitely does. Highly recommend.

Came to get an oil change and received quick service. Jose is super nice and provided excellent customer service. I asked questions about other things with my car and he took the time out to answer them. Out of all the car shops I've been to this shop provided the best service. I will mostly definitely be coming back whenever my car needs service.
